UniTix provides a ticketing and event management platform designed for university societies and students. We act solely as a platform to facilitate the sale of tickets between Event Organizers (Societies) and Buyers (Students or General Public).
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
- Sell fake tickets or misrepresent events.
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data or purchase tickets.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on the UniTix platform are the intellectual property of UniTix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
UniTix is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the events listed on our platform. We do not guarantee that events will occur as described or that you will be satisfied with the event experience. In no event shall UniTix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
